Bowl and stem fluted alongside, the front of the bowl a standing oval with a sitting Diana in a landscape, left a deer, a radiant sun on the top left, bowl stem side a standing oval with on a barrel a seated Bacchus with pitcher and winegrower, pipe stem on both sides two standing naked boys, between the main motifs garlands with leaves and flowers, a wrapped ribbon around bowl opening and stem end, stub with band with pointed leaves. Meerschaum in two colours, the fond soft brown tinted. Original mounting with cast silver valve cover with swirling leaves and flowers, a button on the lid with small lid for extra air supply, worked clamping.
