Tabakspijp van klei met trechtervorm ketel en spoor. Gebotterd. Ketel links in reliëf naar rechts gewende staande leeuw, ketel rechts naar links gewende leeuw. Spoor links vormmerk halve maan, spoor rechts vormmerk ster.
