Description:

Snuff tobacco jar made of Delftware with a baluster shape, flat bottom and narrow outward-going lid edge. Painted on the front in Delft blue on the left front the Boterwaag in Amsterdam between leafy branches, on the underside a lying catouche with "N.9". Bottom signature in blue "8 B:P".

Het is hoogst verwonderlijk en getuigt van een groot vakmanschap dat de pottendraaier twee potten van gelijke grootte draaide die onderling slechts 8 gram schelen!
