Description:
Tobacco pipe from coquia nut with figural bowl, without heel and rising stem with stub. Bowl head woman with high hat with vine leaves and grapes under a border with acanthus leaves, flap lid with concentric rings and three pierces. Bowl base a bird's head with beak at the bottom and overgrown with geometric carving. Bowl interior made of press meerschaum or pipe clay. |
