Tabakspijp van klei met ovaalvorm ketel en spoor. Ketel links in reliëf tussen bladertakken staande leeuw in Hollandse tuin met vrijheidshoed op staf, onder kroon. Ketel rechts in reliëf tussen bladertakken molen waarboven letters IDH. Vormnaden ketel parelfilet.
