Tobacco pipe made of clay with figural bowl, without heel and up going stem with stub. Bowl bust of Josephphine de Beauharnais her hair in two braids along the temples and a bun turned behind the head, crown with pearls, bust with pearl necklace and pendant and décolleté with clothing collar round the edge. Press mould in three parts. Bowl bottom stamped maker’s mark "DUMERIL LEURS & C. A ST. OMER". |
