Description :
Tobacco pipe made of stone with figural bowl and stem, without heel marking. The pipe a duck swimming away from the smoker, the pipe bowl behind the head of the animal, the stem under the wings on the bird, a leg with flippers along the base, the stem end is the tail. The eyes hollowed out for inlay. |

| Volgens aantekeningbriefje in de steel van de pijp Adena cultuur. De ogen vroeger waarschijnlijk met contrasterende steen ingevuld. Brongers vermeldt c. 1980: Mississippi cultuur, c. 1000 met een waarde van Dfl. 4000. |
