Description:

Tobacco pipe made of porcelain with stummel bowl, heel and straight insertion stem with constricted end. Bowl handpainted oval of flowers and leaves surrounded by gold leaf sprigs with in leaf gold "VAINCRE OU MOURIRE". Bowl rear trophy of a standing arrows bundle with crossed a club, fasces and ax. Bowl opening and bowl base gold leaf. Mounting with a straight twisted buffalo horn stem with flattened mouthpiece.
